According to out records, we received a call on 3/requesting a refund of the various policiesThere is a single person, *** ***, in the company that handles such requests and this was the first time she was made aware of the issue'These types of cancellations/refunds are handled on a
routine basis so we are at a loss as to why this was made into an issue.The checks were written on 3/and picked up personally by *** *** so I would assume the issue closed.As an aside, the same customer also filed a complaint with the credit raring bureau as a result of having his mother's credit tan through the systemThis was a requirement however because she was co signing on the loan and had specifically signed off requesting as such
Review: Me and my husband went to Sendell Motors to possible trade in my current vehicle on a Subaru. We talked to a salesman named [redacted]. He got my car appraised, then we started to discuss payment. Me and my husband waited for about 15 to 20 minutes and then [redacted] came back out and asked us to fill out a credit sheet. After that we waited a couple more minutes, then he came back and basically told us that our payments would be high due to our credit. So, he said that they would try to work something out and they would get back to us after they figured it all out. He was giving us weird looks when he came back to tell us about the payments. He had a rude tone to his voice also.Desired Settlement: When you say you are going to call someone back then you do it. Don't blow your customers off.

Review: I cancelled my extended warranty and dent coverage on 1/22/2015 on my Mitsubishi mirage, Vin number is [redacted]. I purchased a truck to replace the Mitsubishi. I've called the dent repair warranty they told the dealership has not submitted the proper paperwork to cancel it. My mother and I have called, called, and called and nothing gets done. I would like this policies cancelled and back dated to 1/22/2015 and refunded back to us. The cost of the dent repair service was 399.00. The cost of the extended warranty was 1350.00 I am aware of the 50.00 cancellation fee charge, I can understand those terms.Desired Settlement: I would like this policies cancelled and back dated to 1/22/2015 and refunded back to us. I understand the proration of each policy, but we where told, we have a check in 6 to 8 weeks.
