The ONLY thing this business did was tell my wife that they have no record of us having ANY balance and they aren't sure why we got forwarded to a collections agencySo either they are completely incompetent or are trying to milk money out of people unless they stand up for themselvesBelieve me we will be keeping meticulous records from now on and we will be seeing a lawyer if you mess up again.
