opinion. The max size we can do is 12 inches and his was 10.
Typically when a consumer brings in a design and ready to go, we assume they know what they want on their shirts.
He did contact me a couple of times about being unhappy with the job and I explained I did not feel we had done anything wrong. He originally asked that we take the shirts back and we cannot do that as they are already printed.
We did credit him for the XL and the XXL, $108.
He does have a copy of that.
