Would not recommend renting from this companyMy roommates and I rented a house from them that was given to us in awful conditionIt looked like it had not been cleaned in yearsThe landlord, ***, failed to install smoke detectors and refuses to respond to work ordersOur kitchen sink was broken when we moved in and we requested a work order for it to be repairedThe landlord sent someone out to fix it and the sink leaked even more than it did before the plumber came outSomething in our shower had broken and we shut off our water for hours with no response from the landlordWhen we did finally get a response, he was rude and snarky to usHe is constantly contacting us at unusual hours of the night (10pm or later) and is constantly speaking to us in a patronizing manner

The tenants requested a quick move in and was moving in as other were moving out, Some area's were quickly cleaned to meet their move in request. Our company received 3 work orders for this unit, on November 7th we received an order to repair the toilet and sink, this was repaired on November 8th by...

a plumber. February 6th an order came in for sink repair, on February 7th a plumber did the repair. March 10th a order came in at 8:30pm for a broken shower, A plumber did the repair on March 11th. The tenants have been consistently 15-to 45 days late paying late, March 2017 I turned the past due rent over to my attorney for collection.
