up and down causing slight loss of compression and loss of power.This condition is consistent when mowers have lack of serviceHe also was informed about the mower having a slight bent crankshaft, which causes mower to vibrate when running.On 11/23/MrC*** was informed of our findings, and he authorized the complete tune up knowing the condition of his mower.On 11/30/MrC*** came to pick up his lawn mower, he started it up, paid and left.12/01/Mr C*** called twice to our place of business and began verbally abuse one of our employeesIt is our policy and has been in place for over years to accommodate our customers concerns in any possible way to help defuse the situationBut, after several minutes of verbally abusing and threatening, MrC*** was asked not to call back.In relation with form of payment, we do accept credit or debit cards when sales are over one hundred dollarsMr C*** was informed of our payment policy.Sincerely, Garcia's Auto & Muffler Shop
Garcia muffler shop did not advise me of anything concerning my mower the father told me he had a doctor appointment so he might take more time to work on my mower . The following week I went to pick up lawnmower daughter or daugth-law informed me of cash only then she also informed me that her son did the work on mower , prior to learning of cash only policy we loaded mower on truck that was when I was informed of cash only policy, she talked to brother of using debit card he said no , then two big guys working there came and unloaded mower I guess they thought there was gonna be a problem ,we never started mower at that time, not until I came back with cash did I have them start mower that was when I saw all the problems ,mower smoked and vibrated father was there when I went to pick up my mower that was when he said my mower had problems I am not satisfied on there response ,I would be happy if Revdex.com would check there financials on cash only seem s like there not declaring all there cash transactions
