Dear Mr. [redacted],We are sorry about the misunderstanding. We did advertise the selling of Pliny bracelets on a first come first serve basis. People lined up as early as 6:30 AM. We had all of the bracelets sold out before 9:30 AM. We did not want to hold the people in line until 10:00,...
because anyone after 9:30 wouldn't have received a bracelet anyway. We did also Facebook twice that we are going to start selling the bracelets at 8 AM due to the majority of the people that have to get to work.We did explain to as many customers as possible that came in after the bracelets were sold out, that we will also be starting to sell the bracelets at our Ladera location on a first come first serve basis at 8 AM the next day. Last year everyone that did not get a bracelet, still got a tasting. This year the same situation happened. All the people at both of our locations got a tasting after all the people that purchased their bracelets got a tasting. We only get 5 gallons of this beer, and we do our best to satisfy as many customers as possible.We plan on doing the same for our customers next year.Sincerely,[redacted]-Co-OwnerSelma's Chicago Pizzeria
Review: Received an email about an upcoming event. Wristbands were required for admittance and had to be pre-purchased.
The wristbands went on sale at 10am and were at a set limit. The charge for the wristband was $15.00. Went to pre-purchase at the designated time to find out that the wristbands went on sale at 8am and to a select few.
Bait and switch off an email advertismentDesired Settlement: We are requesting the following;
1. That an email be resent out to the email base apologizing for the mistake
2. A make good day be offered that follows the stipulations set forth in the email
