We received a notification about a complaint from [redacted] ***.We are a Golf Trade in company [redacted] had sent in clubs to us but the package never made it to our officeWe were unaware the package was missing until [redacted] filed this Revdex.com complaintWe worked with [redacted] and were able to finally locate the packageWe have sent [redacted] a check for his order in the amount of $Check number ***.Thank you, [redacted]

We received this complaint in the mail today January 19th.We had been in communication with *** in regards to this orderWe are a golf club trade in websitePeople can automatically create quotes and send in your clubsArt received a a quote a few months before sending in his clubsWhen he
did send in his clubs we were experiencing cash flow issues stemming from a drop in sales and be required to move locations because the building we were in was sold and being torn down.We wanted to pay *** as fast as possible but unfortunately we with cash crunch we did not have the money.However we were able to finally free up some cash recently and wrote *** a check for $todayCheck number is ***.We are incredibly sorry for the delay in payments but he has now been paid.Thank you,*** ***

the information she put into our quoting system:ItemOfferMizuno MX Iron Set$42.78*** Dual Force Putter$14.40*** *** *** *** ** *** *** ***$20.24Ping BPutter$24.42Shipping Amount:$0.00Total Amount:$101.84*** then sent this order out 9/13/(nearly two weeks after she placed the order)The package arrived at our facility on 9/15/2017.Here is the tracking number for her order: ***9/15/was a FridayOn the following Tuesday (9/19) we were able to open and receive her package (we do not work on the weekends)We wrote response back to *** that the Mizuno MX Iron Set she sent in was not accurately quoted by herIt clearly states during the quoting processes that the minimum number of clubs to be included in an iron set is They all must be consecutive and go through the pitching wedge.The iron set was a iron, iron, iron, and pitching wedge (missing the iron)We wrote to her asking if she had the ironIf not we can only offer you $per club in the setShe stated that she did not have the ironSo the quote for the Mizuno MX Iron Set was adjusted down to $(which she agreed to) and the total quote was now $79.06.Typically we will write checks for the orders within business daysHowever due to some business issues we were facing, we were not able to meet this guidelineWe sent a note out to our customers alerting them that we unfortunately would not be able to meet expectations and that the checks would be delayed.*** was not willing to accept that we had this issueShe continued email, call, and leave us bad facebook reviewsThere was nothing more than we wanted but to pay her, but unfortunately our hands were tied with no optionWe let her know we were doing everything we could and guaranteed that she would be paid. We have been running this business for over years and not once has someone not been paid for their orderWe knew we would get by our current issue but needed some time to resolveUnfortunately the checks were delayed but we would be paying everyone.*** continued to be unreasonableHer and her husband continued to leave bad facebook reviews for usThen threatened us with a Revdex.com complaint and reporting us to other agencies.We were finally able to resolve our issue and we were able to get some checks writtenOn 10/16/we wrote check *** in the amount of $We inadvertently wrote the wrong amountWe immediately issued check *** in the amount of $which was the difference remainingBoth of these checks were immediately delivered to ***. On 10/18/after we had paid her, we received the Revdex.com notification of a complaintAs we always said to her, she would be paidWe were sorry about our issues but we had to work through them and we guaranteed she would be paid. *** was paid in full for her order on 10/16/2017.Thank you,*** ***
