Received a verbal estimate to remove and install a new shingle roof. I was told that he would call me when they could start the job. I came home from Memorial Day and my roof was half way ripped off. No phone call and no contract. The reason for replacing the roof was due to wind damage. My insurance adjuster was due out to inspect the damage the day after he showed up and tore the roof off. Needles to say they would not reimburse me for the damage and I was stuck with the $10,000.00 bill. I talked to Kirby and he did not offer any help with the cost.
