If I could choose a zero, I would. I have attempted for months to discontinue my subscription. I have sent e-mails, left messages, and attempted to cancel via there website. The website consistently gives me an error message and recently the phone number has been disconnected. Their product absolutely does not work! They even charged my account for the full amount well before my trial period was over.
