I had a few issues with this company ( seller's broker)1st issue they won't fix my issues, told the multiple times my bathroom tube need to be repaired due to mildue and dirty coming out of the edges of the tubI was told to repair it myselfBathroom cabinet drawer came off, kitchen draweremodeling needed repairThey told me I needed to replace the door back screen doorAfter I documented that it was damaged to begin withI gave my day noticed back in NovemberFor 21st of decWas told I still had to pay the full months rent for DecDuring my inspection every months I tell the individual that these items need to be fixed
