Review: I recently sent a Galaxy S3 cellphone to Sellarena for $112.00. They received the cellphone on September *, 2014 and stated that I would receive payment to my provided email within 5 days. I was sent an email stating that because the phone had certain flaws that they deemed that $100.00 was a fair price. I sent them two emails stating that I agreed but received no response. I called on two occasions and was told that payment would be made the following day or the [redacted] was not available. They have had my phone for 20 days and I still haven't received any payment as promised!Desired Settlement: At this point, I wish to receive my cellphone back as I do not believe this company has any attention of paying me or is holding my phone as to see it depreciate in value and send me less than the $100 agreed to which they have already done once. At that point, I will have no further contact with Sellarena or any entity that does business with them!

Review: Big Boy Buyers advertises itself online as Sell Arena, a company that buys and sells electronics. I have come to find out it is a [redacted] shop in [redacted]. Nevertheless, on Jan. ** ,2014, I shipped to them an Ipod Touch with an agreed purchase price of $78. I contacted Sell Arena, aka Big Boy Buyers on or about Jan. **, 2014 to see if they had a chance to look at the Ipod, they claim they never received the package, I checked the USPS tracking info. It was delivered on Sat. Jan. **, 2014. It is now April **, 2014, I have not received payment or an explanation of where my package is. I've been calling the company at least twice a week since Jan. I've been told that they would check with other employees, I asked for someone to review surveillance video, I was told that the 'technical dept.' would do so and I would receive a call back. I was even told at the beginning of February, that the [redacted]. had agreed to send me payment, after 2 weeks went by without said payment being received, I called them again, and was told [redacted] changed his mind about paying. Now 3 months later they're saying it may have been delivered next door, so it's the postal service's error. I contacted the Corona Post Office and was told that the carrier delivers to the company everyday, and my package was not misdelivered.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive payment of $78 via check.
