Review: I pawned a Gold and Diamond Ring with Pawn and Sell Inc. When I retrieved my ring it was distorted and stretched. The ring has been altered, it is thin and gold has been removed from the ring. It's very obvious that the ring has been altered it does not physically look or feel the same. The ring no longer has the two tones yellow and white gold, it is now only yellow gold and you can see the stretchings where there was once white gold.Desired Settlement: I would like a ring of equal weight and value, as I am sure Sell and Pawn Inc. Is aware of what they did to my ring

All pledges / pawns are kept individually in a safe & protected environment.

Misuse of article(s) pledged / pawned is not tolerated; therefore statements such as “The ring has been altered, it is thin and gold has been removed from the ring.” are false. Customer contacted store via phone line and made statements such as “something was done to the ring and it is bigger than before”. Clearly, it seems that those two statements contradict each other.

We value our customers and would never put their trust in jeopardy. Customer satisfaction is company number one priority.

Yes I contacted the business before I contacted the Revdex.com, at which point I informed them that I was aware of my ring being altered. I NEVER said the ring was bigger, as that statement in and of itself is ridiculous! The business simply said "I don't know what you're talking about " when I called them. Not only did they alter my ring, but now they suggest that I am somehow mistaken about this! My ring was altered, there is no doubt in my mind whatsoever, it is so obvious to the eye!
