We installed a new hardwood floor in the living room of this home as well as a new vinyl floor in the kitchen and dining roomThe repairs were performed due to an insurance claim from a plumbing malfunction in the kitchen area that affected all above mentioned areasThe work was started March 22, and completed approximately six weeks laterHomeowner [redacted] complained of the hardwood cupping and the vinyl floor not being installed correctlyAttached is a report from a third party flooring inspector, recommended by the flooring manufacturer, stating their findingsTo summarize the report the vinyl was installed correctly, and the issues with the hardwood floor is due to the environment of the home and not defect material or workmanshipThis has all been explained to the home owner numerous timesAll documentation has been sent to the home owner, insurance company, and flooring contractorAfter a year of numerous phone calls, being cursed out by the home owner, his wife, and son, etcwe realized that closure was not going to be achievable and quit answering / returning [redacted] callsAs you can see, per his complaint, he wants us to credit him a large sum of moneyWe will not do this as Trifecta Property Restoration performed all work per industry standard and all manufacturers specificationsPlease do not hesitate to call and / or email with any further questions or documentation needed Sincerely, [redacted]

2016 and completed approximately six weeks later. Homeowner [redacted] complained of the hardwood cupping and the vinyl floor not being installed correctly. Attached is a report from a third party flooring inspector, recommended by the flooring manufacturer, stating their findings. To summarize the report the vinyl was installed correctly, and the issues with the hardwood floor is due to the environment of the home and not defect material or workmanship. This has all been explained to the home owner numerous times. All documentation has been sent to the home owner, insurance company, and flooring contractor. After a year of numerous phone calls, being cursed out by the home owner, his wife, and son, etc... we realized that closure was not going to be achievable and quit answering / returning [redacted] calls. As you can see, per his complaint, he wants us to credit him a large sum of money.
