time of purchase that the shoes were not waterproof and we offered to spray the shoe with a silicon sealant and did so at no charge. The outsole of the shoe is made with a sure grip bottom, however, no non slip is perfect in every situation. The customer also pointed out creasing on the insole of the shoe. This occurs when the shoe is pulled of the last and all of this model has this to a small degree. However the company places a comfort insole over it and in addition we added a memory foam type insole at no charge. The customer told us he buys shoes at other establishments and returns them worn asking for a new pair. In this case, we could not because the shoes were not defective (This $90 model comes waterproof, however, it is $20 more and the shoe was given as a gift and the customer wanted to stay under $100) so we did our best.
