Self Storage Zone

Self- Storage Zone at *** Lanham, MD does not provide reasonable customer service. I called the Manager Mike, and spoke to him, and he assured me that he would call me back in 10 minutes...he never called me back. I spoke to another frontline worker on another day, and she assured me that a manger would call me back, no one ever called me back. I spoke to another frontline person and they gave me an alternative number to reach a manager and said that someone would definitively call me back because they have this new system to escalate concerns. I never heard back from a manager.

My items have been in at this location for approximately 4 months, and I never received a returned phone call.

Quality customer service is about follow-up and this location of Self Storage Zone does not provide that. If Self Storage Zone was the only choice for storage, then I would rather my items be given a way or stolen before I had to deal with them again. I cannot wait to remove my items from a place that clearly does not care about me...as expressed in their lack of communication.

To add insult to injury, they then get a new on-line system for payment, but does not notify the customer and hence we can not log into the new system. Who does that?

Again I caution stay away from this place.
