Self Storage Zone

My aunt Bridgett Pryor has belonging of mine and my husbands in a storage at 424 Capital Cir SW, Tallahassee, FL 32304 unit 505 and the lady that runs the storage knows us and we have been trying to get our things for months and we had the origional key to the storage and it was cut off and another one put in its place. Needless to say my checkes are in the unit and have been used and reported as well as state id and birth certificates of mine and my husbands I understand fully there are rules ans regulations and im obiding by them to the fullest but no one is trying to help us filed with corts and they cant fine Bridgett Pryor im not trying to let all our belingings go to auction

Review: According to my contract I retained a unit in June 2013 for $109 but 50% off for 3 months for a total of $54.50 plus $8 for insurance, when I received my first bill it was $82 plus, I called to have to issue resolved but they "lost" my contract. I went in several times again to resolve and I called the corporate offices, but was given the run around. Yesterday the manager would not process my refund in the store, he claimed he had to call corporate to issue a refund, which makes no sense to me...Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund due to the breach of contract and unethical billing practices, I was force to pay the fees to avoid my teaching supplies being sold.
