I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this response/resolution is neutralWhile I appreciate Courtesy asking for further information in regards to the employee to correct behavior they do not want to represent their business, I did not ask for my money back as a resolution to this issue and therefore do not feel calling the manager to dispute this amount is meaningfulWhat my hope was is that, in addition to better customer service, that Courtesy understand and take action to keep their machines in better working order to prevent this sort of thing from being a future issue (as much as a business like this can with near constant use of moving machines)I recently returned to Courtesy because it is the closest laundromat and the machine I had issues with was labeled out of order along with multiple other machinesI can and will call the manager in regards to the employee, but I do not want my money - that is irrelevant and does not repair an ongoing issue I feel Courtesy has

These are not the factsWhen this client came in to purchase a car she was advised that this may not be the car for her being that she was a college studentHowever, her parents kept pushing her towards this car and this is the car that was choseThe car was sold as is, and since it was sold as
is we can not be responsible for itWe believe in going the extra mile for our clientsAs of recently S***; the manager spoke with this client and advised her that if the car was in tradeable condition that we will opt to take it in on tradeWe have not seen this client or talked to her since that conversationWe think that the world of this clientShe even wrote us a beautiful card about all that we did for herAs for the paperwork they did receive a copy of the paperworkHer father had the paperworkWe believe in good communication so that we can come up with a solution.uhere

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.?
If S*** remembers correctly, at first, he actually tried to sell me a white dodge charger, in which we considered until one of his employees pulled my dad to the side and advised him not to get the car because the engine was badHe also mentioned that S*** knew the engine was bad and was still going to try to sell it to usHe never advised my parents to buy anything other than that car.? We started to look around the lot and happened to see the car that I did decide to purchase and decided upon that after we were told that you would fix the things necessaryAlso, I have contacted your office about 3x's since we've spoke on the phone that day, in which you can ask P*** because he seems to be the person I speak to every timeYou assured me that you would send me a copy of the "As Is" paperwork I signed about a week or so ago, which I have still no receivedThe paperwork was never given to my dadIf you remember correctly, I didn't originally sign an as is clause, You had me drive back to Greenville from Columbia, after I already received the car, to sign "further paperwork" in which I came by myselfMy dad was not present for thatThank you for your kind words, I'm just tired of being in a bind with this carI have literally put about the same amount of money into this car that I purchased it forThat's just unacceptable

From: Mark B[redacted] <mb[redacted][email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, May 17, 2017 6:05 PM To: info Subject: Complaint ID# [redacted] From: Courtesy Cleaning Center To: Revdex.com In response to complaint from Ms [redacted]. Courtesy Cleaners has always strived to provide good working equipment...
to our valued customers. However, it never possible to know when a machine may develop a problem, do to normal wear and tear, from overloading, or from items left in pockets, resulting in broken belts, clogged drains, or other mechanical/ electrical parts. Then, unfortunately, the next customer to use the machine inherits the problem. Courtesy Cleaners has always been open to any concerns and input from our customers. It is unfortunate Ms. [redacted] has had this experience. This also could have been resolved in a more personal and timely manner had our store manager been made aware of the situation, by Ms. [redacted], and the employee offering to have the manager contact her. The company would also request she identify the employee by name or description so necessary disciplinary action can be taken. The company also does not instruct the employees to "Lie about the equipment working or Enhance differently or how money is inserted makes a difference". For her to say we intentionally "Cheat people" is simply wrong. Courtesy Cleaners has proudly and morally served this community since 1990. I request Ms. [redacted] contact the store manager, Lori, at #812-235-5200 to resolve this issue and disputed amount. Sincerely, Mark S. B[redacted] Courtesy Cleaning Centers Terre Haute, In.
