Received a call from the President of the business (Michell) stating that she feels that the consumer was under the wrong assumption of the agency I spoke with him and found out that he never had been to a temporary agency before and did not know how they work He also assumed we were a different company which is located in the same building and had a position to offer him He did request for us to delete his financial information and we did that right in front of him I explained to him exactly how we work and advised him that since he is in our database now, when we get jobs for his field, we can give him a call for possible employment

The owner of the company called me after my complaint and explained in detail how they ran their companyI offered my view how prospective job seekers should be offered all the facts of the "so called job offering" by phone or emailApplicants can then decide if they want to be a part of their business planApparently you work for the agency and then possibly maybe offered a job with their customer.Bottom line: I was lured to their company under pretenses for a part time maintenance job that never ever existed
