Selective Foam Shapes

Review: I called off of a ad on Craigslist for washer and dryer repair. The number provided in the ad is XXX-XXX-XXXX. A guy by the name of [redacted] came out and gave me a free estimate to repair my dryer. After being provided with the estimate I gave the okay to repair. I was told that I have a 90 day warranty which is also posted on his ad. A few days later the dryer broke again. I called [redacted] since his business card says 7 days a week. I tried several times and no reply until 4:00 pm that evening. I had texted and called through out the day starting at 8:30 am. He said he was not working and he could come out till Monday after 3:30. He never showed and would not return my calls for text. I paid this guy $64 to repair my dryer , which I had to fix myself. After googling the phone number on the business card I have I found that it belonged to selective foam shapes in north highlands. I am not even sure if he is practicing appliance repair with a license. I was taken advantage of and I do not appreciate it.

I want my money back and for him to know it is not good business practice to promise something then fail to provide it.
