My experience with SelectCare and Carla H[redacted], VP and co-founder of the Company was very positive. I contacted Select Care about help for my 94 year old mother living in Queens. Carla was very professional, responsive and helpful; phone calls were returned an a prompt basis with the information requested.
Unfortunately, due to my mom's location in Queens and the limited number of hours required, Select care could not provide a suitable caregiver. At that point, Carla went above and beyond, contacting other agencies and basically doing my due diligence in finding an alternative care agency,which thus far has worked out well.
