[redacted] contacted us about some issues she was having with parts of her floor. Jay J[redacted], the owner, went to her house to check out these issues. It was agreed upon that some of the boards were delaminating, which is a manufacturing issue, not an installation issue. We were finally able to...

get some more boxes of flooring to replace the boards. However, it is currently our busy season and we have to complete jobs that have been scheduled for months. We are willing to replace the boards, but we don't have any openings in our schedule to do it ASAP. Jay spoke with [redacted] this morning and told her she could look for a subcontractor to do it and we would pay the sub, but we needed an estimate upfront before we would agree to anything. We are more than willing to complete the work for her, but we are currently 5 weeks out on scheduling jobs.  We can put her on the schedule today for a time in September if she chooses.We strive to make sure our customers are 100 percent satisfied and we will do our best to make Mrs. [redacted] happy.
