Review: I made an online order on the 25/**/2015 for glasses: [redacted] Infinity - Stock No: [redacted] my order number [redacted].

I have complained by email on numerous occasions that the order has not arrived but I have only received promises that they would come very soon and excuses concerning production that have contradicted each other. I have now asked that the order be cancelled and that they return my money but they are continuing to say that they are now ready for delivery etc.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the £79.45 that I have paid them.
