I sent in writting a cancellation notice to this Co several weeks agoThey said they never recieved itNow they are saying…..they will not be returning my remaining Baleven with a cancellation notice! I paid up front for two years, I had to, or they were going to sue me! DO NOT sign a contract with this CO they will screw you over! There are a lot of other Co out thereYou can even use your smart phone now a daysThey all so never told me about all the extra fees and fines ( we're talking hundreds of dollors!!! ) you can accumulate through your local Police and Fire DeptYou have to register your system and take classes through your City Fire DepYou get charged for faulse alarms and you will have them if you never owned one before, there's a learning curve I never used a security system before so, I didn't know, and they never informed me of any of this prior to getting their service
