I recently picked up my vehicle from this companyBefore I drove off I checked my glove compartment to make sure my GPS was still in thereSadly, it wasn'tI told the guy and he kept on saying that no one went into my carThat was a lie because my driver side door shows signs of forced entrySomeone forced their way into my car and unlocked itThe night my car was towed my car was lifted out of my driveway and no alarm going offBut when they stopped down the block my car alarm was going offIt's a factory alarm so it only goes off if someone forces their way into the vehicleThis factory alarm does not have shock sensors like some alarmsThe guy proceeded to tell me that he has footage of every tow that takes place and so I demanded to see my towingHe said he couldn't show me that eitherThis company is on some [redacted] and I am not doneSomeone from that company forced their way into my car and stole my GPSI decided to call back and the receptionist even tried to offer me a replacement GPSIt's not about the GPS, it's about the principleYou have ONE job, tow it, store it! You don't go into someone else's car when you have no reason to!

Revdex.com spoke with business and they state that the business charges $a day no matter the time of the day The consumer's car was stored for days and was only charged for days since on 10/22/2014, the business was closed The business only accepts money orders no other payments, and
the slip that can detach from the money order is the receipt that the consumer paid

Review: I arrived at this place of business at their opening time 9 am having all my required paperwork and funds, however I was unfairly charged for an additional day of storage being the date I was picking up. Also this company would not give me any written receipt for the services I was paying them. I had the gentleman who took my money call the corp division to request a receipt I was told via speaker phone that my car was my receipt.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

First of all I would like a receipt. I'm paying fees for a service I the costumer should get something in writing stating what exactly I paid for. Secondly, charging a storage fee for the date I picked up when I was there at opening time is unfair and I would like a refund of $40.

Revdex.com spoke with business and they state that the business charges $40 a day no matter the time of the day. The consumer's car was stored for 11 days and was only charged for 10 days since on 10/22/2014, the business was closed. The business only accepts money orders no other payments, and the slip that can detach from the money order is the receipt that the consumer paid.
