I recently picked up my vehicle from this company. Before I drove off I checked my glove compartment to make sure my GPS was still in there. Sadly, it wasn't. I told the guy and he kept on saying that no one went into my car. That was a lie because my driver side door shows signs of forced entry. Someone forced their way into my car and unlocked it. The night my car was towed my car was lifted out of my driveway and no alarm going off. But when they stopped down the block my car alarm was going off. It's a factory alarm so it only goes off if someone forces their way into the vehicle. This 2004 factory alarm does not have shock sensors like some alarms. The guy proceeded to tell me that he has footage of every tow that takes place and so I demanded to see my towing. He said he couldn't show me that either. This company is on some ** and I am not done. Someone from that company forced their way into my car and stole my GPS. I decided to call back and the receptionist even tried to offer me a replacement GPS. It's not about the GPS, it's about the principle. You have ONE job, tow it, store it! You don't go into someone else's car when you have no reason to!
