I have read all of the negative reviews about Select FoamI purchased their signature matress from them on 02/12/I made the Select Foam salesman aware of the negative reviewsI read onlineI recieved the Grandis HD matress on 2/24/The bed is a very nice product and is everything my wife and I expectedThe sa;esman advidsed me the bed would take 8-buisness days to be madeThis bed is made to order not pulled from a warehouseI also ordered a Reverie 8Q adjustable base from themThey sent me a tracking code for it on 2/24/showing it will arrive on 2/29/I understand everyone has not had a good experience with them, but we have had everything delivered as promisedOn time and on specThank you Select Foam for the quality of your product
CONSUMERS BEWARE! This is not the company you want to do business with. Check out their competitor first. Look at Tempur-pedic and Saatva , you'll be glad you did in the long run. They got the best reviews. Pls check Consumer Reports on buying a new mattress. The mark-up is huge as is the growing number of vendors in the market place.
They have expanded their business and are also known as Brickell Mattress and Luxury Beds of Las Vegas. Be careful in your selection, I'll bet they share the same warranty scam. We bought the Regalis HD and at first, it was amazing. Then it started to loose the support right in the center. It progressed to complete misery and they won't stand behind their product. According to Select Foam: . It's rare that there is ever an issue with our beds, but when there is one, we stand behind our products and do whatever it takes to make your sleeping experience enjoyable. - BS
They'll make you jump thru hoops with pictures and emails if you have any issues. I see no improvement from the previous reviews. They do not work as a team. People, product, and process impact a company's growth. Their customer service does not help with questions. They don't answer calls, they don't return calls; they just hope you'll go away.
The company's problems still exist. One might think that if they got complaints, they'd correct it so it doesn't happen again. Not these guys. They don't seem to care how many complaints they get. There is no customer recourse, only grief and frustration! Since returning a mattress to these people is almost impossible, I'm considering cutting mine up into pieces and sending it back to them a little bit at a time. Perhaps then I can have a good night's rest, after a get a mattress somewhere else.
If you do fall prey to this company, I suggest you keep notes and make your valid complaints to the Revdex.com and Yelp.com. I walked away but not without expressing my hard feelings and total frustration
