I told you on 02/**/16 after I got off the phone with you that I would send them to you. I sent them my fax machine want go back but 60 days to show proof that I sent them. yall should be more on top off things. I paid your company in January and now its April. I have been the one calling, your company never called me. I want my money refunded!!!! I paid 3,000 dollars for my company to get a loan and your company, has done nothing.

Dear Sir/Madam:With respect to the complaint mentioned, please find the following facts below:Shalom from our Loan program has contacted [redacted] on Jan *, 2016 (copy of emails attached) to request the required documents for a term loan application.No documents were sent to our loan department...

since then.The merchant, [redacted] claimed in a telephone call on Mar **, 2016, that they have sent all the documents a month ago. When asked to forward th eemail they sent with a promise to respond promptly, the merchant claimed in a later email on March **, 2016, that his computer is set up to delete emails, therefore he cannot forward the email he claimed to have sent.At this stage, it is not possible for us to proceed arranging a term loan for [redacted] without having any documents.Kind regardsSam B[redacted]
