I want to thank Joel and *** for a great car buying experience this is the first time I have purchased a car and didn't have that feeling that something isn't just rightI feel that I have found the place where we will be buying all our vehicles from for life.All the way from test drive till purchase Joel made sure we were informed and felt comfortable in purchasing our vehicleI haven't had service yet but I have a feeling I will be back with another great review for Dan and his team also

Unfortunately Cars have ~ 17,parts on average and a year old car, purchased with over 111,miles has no warranty other than a warranty of general merchantability and fitness for use on the Public Highway at the time of delivery. We have gone to GREAT extent to satisfy the
consumer repairing several complaint areas that WERE NOT PRESENT OR EVIDENT AT TIME OF SALE and refunding charges for a wheel that came loose in New Jersey as well as incidental costs of a taxi, many, many miles from home as a matter of goodwill and not an extension of warranty terms and despite a VERY CLEAR clause on the Bill of Sale that ANY repairs MUST be performed at Select EuroCars, incas the buyer's SOLE REMEDY. Our store stopped accepting calls from this customer after she SCREAMED at our Service Advisor on the telephone for ~ TWENTY MINUTES despite being asked on THREE occasions to NOT holler and scream!The Charcoal canister is a common wear out item, not covered by most warranties and CLEARLY not covered on ANY car with over 100,miles! Should customer wish to schedule replacement, we will offer the part at cost $and One hour Labor $plus tax, far, far less that the excessive estimates of a tire shop she has been using for diagnosis.I am available should any further information be necessary

I do not believe that they customer received any OTHER repair order or description of repairs OTHER than the copy provided with our reply yesterday which CLEARLY states the repair of welding in a universal flex pipe.  Dan has worked with and informed dozens who have been satisfied with this money saving repair technique (weld, universal flexpipe) for dozens of customers.  When [redacted] stated that there was still some leak present, Dan offered to bring his car in to inspect/repair if there was any further leakage at the repaired flex pipe but [redacted] became COMBATIVE and as a result was asked to leave.

I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] did not understand that the repair which WAS CLEARLY ESTIMATED BY OUR SERVICE ADVISOR, DAN, AND IS CLEARLY OUTLINED ON THE ATTACHED REPAIR ORDER, was to weld in a universal flex pipe versus the FAR MORE EXPENSIVE option of replacing it.  If My [redacted] had found a less...

expensive part and or repair facility, he certainly had the right to take his car to the repair facility of his choice!  Mr. [redacted] took his car to Cole Muffler (Mavis Tire) we were told, before bringing the car to us and they were reportedly unwilling to do the remove, weld repair, reinstall possibly due to the time necessary to complete the job -- in this case SIX HOURS!  The universal part installed was billed at a VERY reasonable $27.09 plus applicable sales tax.  No adjustment is warranted or necessary!

I've been totally impressed with this dealership since I set foot on their car lot.
Prices are clearly marked. Information and Warranty information clearly displayed. The staff is easy to talk with, and they are knowledgeable or will FIND OUT for you, and they DO get back to you!
It's been a week since purchasing an 08 [redacted] off their lot, and I cannot complain about one single thing. I'm actually taking time to write a few reviews- as I found these folks to be OUTSTANDING- which is getting harder and harder to find in ANY business now days.
A) The sales office is open 7 days a week / Service is M-F only... BUT, sales is open 'til 7PM, so "after hour" pickup / issues can be taken care of.
B) Sales and Service at one spot, one business. Their training and list of accreditations certainly makes me feel good about the service department!
C) Staff who know what they're doing, and can give you answers or GET you answers. They follow through....
I don't often give reviews..... but this business really impressed me !!

Revdex.com: I was not in anyway informed that a weld was being done on my vehicle and I was never told the part was welded on I found that out on my own after the work was done. I was led to believe the pipe was being replaced the whole pipe and it was a possible 6 hr job .if select Euro felt that the way me and Dan discussed the pipe being replaced was too expensive then I should of been notified before they took there own route of welding it.
