I spoke with [redacted] this afternoon, as of today we are both in agreement that Select Cars is clearly willing to work with Ms [redacted] , to find out if there is another vehicle that she maybe interested in..Select Cars of Cleveland is willing to apply all monies received toward another vehicle from the current transaction, At this time, the complaint is still open , but hopefully in resolution state !As always, thank youGlenn P***

like all dealers charging a "Doc" fee. The pricing, down payment, and monthly payment terms with the lender were very carefully explained to the customer. Every listed vehicle on our website, as well as all 3rd party sites (i.e. Cars.com, AutoTrader.com, etc.) disclose that pricing can change at any moment. The purchased vehicle was originally listed at $9978 and sold at $11,912 after additional reconditioning to meet purchasers needs and lender origination fee. This was all thoroughly gone over with the customer before making a commitment to the financial transaction. The terms were also explained to his wife so they could make the decision together. Two weeks later we spoke to the purchaser again to go over the terms of the financial transaction. At this time the customer was given copies of all the paperwork again. We have done thousands of these transactions without issue. We spent countless hours working with our lenders to get into a bankruptcy program to reduce the customers interest from Ohio's state maximum 24.99% to 19%. This program saved the consumer thousands in interest across the term of the loan. Lastly, every finance deal is not complete at the time of signing and taking delivery of the vehicle. The documents are mailed to the lender and reviewed for accuracy. Ohio has extended temporary tags from 30 days to 45 days due to time needed to finalize lender review and title work processing. The 3 weeks it took the lender to complete the loan is perfectly normal and well within the laws of Ohio.
