Sold my truck and wanted to cancel my GAP Insurance on the Truck and [redacted] told me that I did not have a GAP Refund.I purchased GAP Insurance with this company when I bought my truck I paid 599.00 for the GAP Insurance and I know I am entitled to a refund.Desired SettlementI want my refund of my GAP Insurance that I paid for and I do not want the run around.I have already been ripped off by the high interest rate charged to me monthly when I had the truck and I paid them 3000.00 down to be able to buy the truck.They were also charging me 29.99% interest rate and when I sold my truck and received my pay off amount they charged me another month of interest at 29.99 precent instead of giving me a day to day interest charge. Also, I had just made my payment on March 21, 2014 and Sold it on March 24, 2014 and had to pay another month payment because they do not pro rate or give a daily interest rate charge.This company is ripping off people that can not afford a loan through a bank and need something to drive. It is disgusting and I don't know how they can sleep at night knowing what they do.
