to see that the dress was completeThe customer is responsible for their own time pressures and should act accordingly
Work is completed based on appointments or by workorders***'s work was based on a workorder because she did not make an appointmentI apologized for the delay but the work was already in progress on the day requested
There will be no refund
We prefer that the client does try on a completed work if they feel it is needed*** could have easily tried on her dress if she wanted to

The sales order clearly states that all sales are final
I would like the order paid in full, it is well past due, $***I have to put these policies in place because this happens too often

I went there today because I had to get my stuff for my dress and I was talking to ***, they were very rude because of the fact I came to you guys about what was going on, they yelled and did it all and also said that they would take me to court, but in the end *** said she wouldn't take me to court for the dressesThey also told me apparently they have been thinking about giving me the dresses before the wedding I had no idea about this, I do understand where they are coming from with the dresses that are not paid for but it is not my responsibility to have them paid for by myself, I am going there tomorrow to sign some papers so I can get the dresses that are paid off so I am thankful for that, Thank you guys so much for all your help!

This is an agreement between ***'s Bridal and *** *** regarding her order #*** for bridesmaid dresses

***'s Bridal will release two of the dresses on order for her wedding provided the following conditions are met
*** *** acknowledges the following:
that no wrong doing or breech of agreement was made by ***'s Bridal
*** *** acknowledges that she has not and will not pay the balance in full
*** *** relinquishes all claim for the remaining order of the two dresses and
they will be put in stock for resale and monies paid toward said dresses will be forfeited
*** will write a letter to the Revdex.com and say she is satisfied with the outcome of this dispute
The two dresses will be released to her when these conditions are met and when ***'s Bridal gets an email from
the Revdex.com to acknowledge this
