We regret that someone was charged in error at our establishment. We voided the charge immediately, and within a few days the money was returned to the wrongly charged individual. To avoid this happening again at our establishment, we have reviewed every single wine club
member's account in our database to remove friends of member's whose cards were captured in order to enjoy the wine club member's discount Going forward, we have changed our policy and procedures so that this won't happen again
