5/12/2017To whom it may concern,10#: [redacted]As stated on page 1of our RENTAL AGREEMENT it states "NO REFUNDS ALLOWED".  The customer signed both above this notice and then again below it agreeing to the terms.   On page 5 of our RENTAL AGREEMENT it states again our refund cancellation...

policy and again the customer signed/ initialed below this section stating that he agreed to the terms.  There was yet another signature on page 1 where the renter checked each box agreeing to our terms and was not impaired or under the influenceof any drugs, medications,or alcohol and again signed agreeing to these terms. At no time did the renterindicate he was not happy with our terms or the amount of the rental. We stand behind our rental agreement  as we have stated over and over "there are no refunds" especially when we have saved this ski for the customer and would have then lost revenue had we refunded the rental amount. We are a small company and cannot afford to give a refund every time  a customer and his significant other have an argument as again stated,"we have saved this vessel for the customer who reserved it".Sandbar Powersports,LLC

Review: April 3- Paid for the ATV. April 4- Picked up the ATV so the dealer would be able to charge the battery and we didn't have our pickup with us. As soon as we took ATV off the truck rode it for 5 minutes. Parked turned off the ATV tried to push ignition button wouldn't start. ATV stayed parked till next day.April 5- Ignition switch didn't start ATV,Had to Kick start it. Rode it off and on about 5 hours. April 6- Had to kick start again.Rode his bike for 4 hours. Found a Crack in his gas tank. Parked the ATV Immediately. Along with a missing tail light on rear right side. Missing bolt on left side fin and Right side front tire.April 11- Dropped ATV off with dealer bring to his attention to the Tail light coming off, Crack in Gas Tank, Missing lug nut in right Front Tire, and Missing bolt on fin. Dealer responded with he never seen a crack in gas tank before, said I Told You to check nuts & bolts in half hour increments while riding. I responded by saying I called another dealer, asked if it's normal practice they said NO! Dealer said they would do a thorough check over ATV and will call us when it's done.April 15- Picked up ATV during our lunch hour, made it back to work notice the bolt was still missing from front tire. Had new gas tank, they reposition the brackets on seat, wasn't completely welded. Still missing bolt on front fin and missing a bolt under foot rest. Completely different tail light. Went back to dealer that afternoon. Spoke with Mechanic, he said it's like going to K-mart & buying a pair of shoes. I told him I wish I would've known that I wouldn't have purchased it. April 18- Picked up ATV. Bolt was replaced and bracket was welded. Still missing bolt on fin. April 20- Had ATV from 4/18-20/14- Front left tire rod broke along with the skid plate (?) from rear end of ATV. Called Dealer on April 22 said I need to make an appt w/mechanic busiest time of year can't just drop in. Called again No mechanic. Now it seems as if he's not answering my calls.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund. I think with him replacing parts with parts from other ATV'S I will continuing on the path I'm on ... Riding a few hours and having to take back to Dealer. May 1- Dropping off ATV with Dealer. To discuss ATV.

Review: We were Told That he ordered the atv. brand new , were also told it would take up to 2 weeks to receive the atv. It wasnt the color we requested or asked for . So we picked it up and went out riding, found out it had some "issues". Took it back to have some warranty work done it was in the shop for 2 weeks, brought it home on friday. Took it riding, found out none of the repairs were done. For instance the back wheel was mounted on backwards, and the lug bolt was striped out on that wheel. Air pressure was wrong on all the tires either too high or to low.Chain was still too tight the hand bush guard was still missing, the bolt and front end was still out of alignment, head light was still out, and seat was still not staying on,nor was there a rear reflector. They made us believe it was a new machine and they also stated they had made the repairs necessary. which was untrue. Not only were they dishonest but negligent about safety of vehicals.Desired Settlement: I would like at least a Partial Refund .
