I am rejecting this response the response is not totally accurateI was not more concerned with any item more than the other, nor was it told to me that the company needed to open every boxI will not provide further documentation, as this matter appears to be headed toward civil litigationI requested a copy of the inventory, as the receipts I provided via email were disputed, the reason told to me was that the items I attached would have been notated on the inventoryAn inventory form I did not sign for an inventory I was not present to witnessIt seems quite clear this matter can not be resolved amongst one another and I will have to move forward with a civil lawsuit

In response to the lost property, I have spoken to Ms. P[redacted] and explained that in order for us to actually confirm anything was lost we needed to open every single box that was on our lot and validate the property with the account information attached. Unfortunately, that task can be very...
time consuming. I understand and agree that our communication could have been better to keep Ms. P[redacted] up to date on our progress and take responsibility for that not happening. On April 5th, 2018, I spoke to Ms. P[redacted] and discussed the error was ours and we were trying our best to locate her items but had been unsuccessful. At that point she wanted to review the list because she didn’t know what was actually in her car. Ms. P[redacted] was more concerned about the [redacted] box and computer. The computer and plates were returned to her the day she was here. I then requested a copy of her phone bill that reflected the amount she was being charged for the [redacted] box and as of today I haven’t received any receipts/bills to attempt to compensate her. Lastly, we would like to Thank Ms. P[redacted] for her service to our Country and hope to find resolution to the issue. Thank you,Lidia
