to him that I was sorry we did not have a full office staff on his date of service. There was no one in the billing dept to answer his questions. The patient was not unhappy with me. He was unhappy with his bill and did not want to pay for an adjustment nor exercise instructions. Both of those were done to the patient but due to his displeasure I am willing to write off his charge for the adjustment and for the exercise instruction that he was given.
