Review: October 2014- this company is the apex of incompetence and insensitive boldness. Called them and asked if they were experienced in geo thermal systems which they acknowledged 20 years experience. Good. Had the come out and replace a heat pump compressor which half of it lasted 2 days. Came out on call only to find that they didn't know what is the causes of failures were. and only to say that "there were a lot of wires". Called them back a few days later and told them the system completely failed. They replied to me that they will not service my system and to call the original contractor(out of business)and hung up. What do you think of that? My bill just for the compressor install was 2500 dollars. I'm retired on fixed income. What with winter coming I am not sure I can afford to have anther bill like this one or more expensive if the system was further damaged from this repairDesired Settlement: repair original repair or full refund or repair cost from another company
