Saturday September 10th, Mr [redacted] and his son, [redacted] , walked in our office willing to buy the carThey were interested in a [redacted] the car was for [redacted] , the sonThe negotiation began and both parties agreed on the costs, all the demands of the deal, and they decided to purchase the vehicleThey signed the contract, all the paperwork, and paid the deposit of Then we handed them RMVform, so they could go to the insurance company and get the insurance stampit was agreed that they would come back on Monday with the stamped form to register the vehicleOn Monday we started to put work into this saleWe sent the contract via [redacted] to the bank and started preparing the carOn this same day we tried to contract them several timesWe called them, left messages: however, no one answered or repliedWe never heard from them on that dayOn the following day, Tuesday, [redacted] called saying that on the day before they had gone to the insurance and found out that the rate was going to be too high We told him we could try to get them a better deal in another insurance companyHe said he would first have to talk with his dadOn the next day 10/13, Mr [redacted] called us and told the same story about the Insurance rateAnd again we said we could get them a better price with another insurance companyThis time, Mr [redacted] called us and told us he would speak to his son and get back to usIt happens that they never contacted usWe tried to reach them but they never returned our calls or our messagesAfter a week with out hearing anything from them, [redacted] girlfriend walked in asking for the deposit backWe refused to do so because we mentioned, we all signed the contract, the purchase contract had already been accepted by an authorized dealer, we had shipped all the bank's documents and it involves costsWe understand we are supported by the M.G.L7n law of MassThey gave up on the deal with total disrespect for the code of Mass regulationsWe even offered them a better insurance deal but they went on and posted a negative review purely motivated by anger for not getting their deposit back
