Review: In June,2014 while on vacation in California,we test drove a 2002 Town and Country handicap van at the [redacted] location. We made a 500.00 cash deposit and wrote up a contract stating upon presenting a clean title the balance of 11,000 would be paid. When we returned to Ohio to examine the title,we found the original [redacted] never properly assigned his rights over. We gave [redacted] an additional 3 months to resolve the title where he made excuse after excuse. Finally I asked for a refund. I provided my email as requested and now have waited an additional 2 months with no response.Desired Settlement: Refund 500.00 deposit. Also,we found this van was purchased at an insurance auction which was not disclosed. We believe he is buying damaged vehicles at auction, having them repaired without reporting it under the VIN and not disclosing the information. I know this is against Ohio laws.

The gentleman who gave me the $500 deposit insisted that I ship the vehicle to Ohio . Then after receipt of the vehicle and after he registers it and becomes the legal owner he would pay me the balance.I should bare the shipping charges . He did not want his deposit returned in order to keep me bound to the contract Since I wouldn't capitulate to his demands .Since that day that he didn't get his way. He is so bored and such a baby that he cries that he didnt get his way . As far as the vehicle being sold at an Insurance Auction and that I didnt disclose it .1) It was a donated vehicle not an insurance vehicle 2) he still wanted it because nothing was wrong .....And he couldn"t have his way he was just an A HOLE
