Employees try. Owner and CEO Anthony LACUTE refuses to hire enough employees to actually take care of the customers. Sadly, these customers are elderly and handicapped and very ill. CEO. Anthony LACUTE has No compassion and has absolutely no empathy or care for the customers. His priorities are nothing more than filling his pockets with money.

Review: In order to treat a medical disorder that I was diagnosed with, I received a c-pap machine from seeley medical and all the necessary equipment. I have medical insurance coverage through work and it is the top plan that my employer offers. Which I pay a hefty amount to have. Seeley medical billed my insurance company for the equipment and the rental fees to use it. Numerous bills were sent to my insurance company. My insurance company started sending me checks in order to pay Seeley medical. However, my insurance company stopped payment on a few of the checks and determined that the amount for the machine and equipment was considered payed in full.After numerous months, I started receiving bills from Seeley medical even though they had agreed that the amount was paid in full. Seeley is trying to force me to pay amounts that my insurance has denied and Seeley has agreed with my insurance company by charging off those amounts but they are still charging me for them. I have since returned the equipment and machine against my doctor's orders. I returned the machine because of the problems that I have in dealing with Seeley medicals billing department. Seeley has the machine back and all the equipment yet they are still charging me for the machine and equipment. They also keep sending bills to my insurance company. I have no problem paying for what my insurance company sent me and did not stop payment on but Seeley is threatening hundreds of dollars in excess of these amounts that I received from my insurance company. They are threatening collection on this so I would appreciate someone's assistance as my credit is excellent and I don't want this to negatively affect me.Desired Settlement: I have paid them the amount that I received from my insurance company. I am still receiving bills and now late fees that are different each few weeks. Seeley has no idea what I owe and just pulling numbers out of the air. I just want to stop receiving bills that vary in amount and are confusing. I would like Seeley medical to agree with what they told my insurance company and consider it payed in full. Afterall, I gave them back the machine and equipment. No more bills, please!
