Hi This customer placed a request for technical information hours ago We are a start up company and we have customer service reps working days per week We are getting hundreds of general and technical questions and are trying hard to reach out to everyone quickly and efficiently It can take a couple of days sometimes to answer but we are getting there I have explained to this customer the situation and then passed on the request to our tech support customer service He says he has reached out to the customer and as soon as we can will resolve any questions.Thank you[redacted] ***Customer Service RepSeek Thermal, Inc
