Seed Capital is such a great company They came through for me at right the right time I had an amazing chance to buy a rehab property but didn't have the down payment to make it happen I wanted it so bad I went into contract with the hope I would somehow find a way to get the 20k down payment I needed My fried told me to contact Seed Capital and within days, I had 60k available and was able to wire 20k to escrow to finalize my purchase With the remaining 40k I was able to rehab the property and sold it days later for a 64k profit! I can't thank the team at Seed Capital enough for coming through under pressure to help me with this very profitable flip With my profits I'm already under contract with two more properties
