Review: On 10/23/2015 I was involved with an accident involving numerous parties. The driver found at fault was driving a commercial truck that was rented. Thus, his rental insurance coverage was to be used before his personal coverage. My vehicle was in the shop for almost 4 months and during that time period I had to use a rental vehicle and paid for it out of my own pocket. My insurance paid for 30 days of use and then the driver at faults personal insurance stated they would pay the rest once the rental insurance (from driver found at fault) paid their premium out. I was told from both my insurance agent and the driver found at faults insurance that the rental insurance was Sedgwick CMS and was given the claims reps phone number assigned to my case and his supervisor. It has now been almost 6 months. I have called both the claims rep and his supervisor hundreds upon hundreds of times and left voicemails detailing all of my information. I have not received any contact in return. The case/claim number I was given has since been "not found in the system" by the main office and no one can figure out what is happening with my claim as it "doesn't exist" also the claims rep that I was given, is also not in the system. Thus no one can get ahold of him. I have called every office around the area and no one has been able to give me any information. However I have had to pay thousands of dollars for a rented vehicle because of an accident I didn't cause and the insurance companies all involved will not pay anything out until Sedgwick CMS pays their 5,000$ policy payout. No one at Sedgwick has any information to help me, or even knows who the claims rep is and I was given a false claim number. It has been almost 6 months since the accident and I have made zero progress. It is poor business practice to not pick up one single phone call out of the hundreds I've placed. Also on that note, return one single phone call out of the hundreds of voicemails I've left.Desired Settlement: Sedgwick CMS needs to either pay my bill of 2,600$ for the rented vehicle from the accident that their insured driver caused. OR pay the 5,000$ policy pay out to Commerce Insurance so their insurance can then go into affect and pay me for the rental vehicle needed.

A [redacted] semi totaled my car and fractured my husbands neck. After telling [redacted] services we will be keeping our car and repairing it the auto body shop informed us twice of them trying to steal my car. After the car part was settled they switched to [redacted] at insurance claims management. She refuses to answer calls or emails regarding settling our personal injury claims. Called [redacted] twice and they refuse to help with the damages they have caused they say it's not their problem but their insurance companies. Neither will move along with the process or help in any way. Let alone answer or return calls and emails.

Your Desired Resolution:

Personal injury claim settlement for both my husband and I. I am asking $75,000 and he is asking $250,000. We are willing to negotiate to an extent. [redacted] has accepted liability for the accident and needs to compensate the damages caused in our lives.Desired Settlement: Response to settlement negotiation letters. Move along the settlement process. Be completely compensated for all damages caused in our lives from this accident.
