Had this company hired by [redacted] come out and "consult"on a hail damaged roof. I researched this company pryor to the meeting. This company works out of their residence no commercial building only a shed in the back yard. I found this company had been embroiled in previous litigation. I was not told if this so called consultant belonged to any accredited roofing organizations. I had three of Arizonas best roofing companies come out to estimate roof all three companies agreed hail damage and full replacement. Security Roofing claims no hail damage to one half roof. I on the other hand will have a further consultation made by a real expert not a company that offers handyman services ie security Roofing. Prepared reports and complaint will be forwarded to the dept of

insurances. Further I will check with the Arizona Regerster of Contractors if Security Roofing is licenced as an property adjuster or licenced for consulting in the state of Arizona.

I recently(11/20/2013) had contact with this company. I would by no means recommend this company to any living sole.

We had a home fire back in July of 2013. Since then this company was contracted by [redacted] to do the home repairs post fire. It is now four months later and next to no work has been done. When contacted [redacted](contractor)

had no answers as to when the repairs were to be completed. Upon visiting the home the home during normal business hours(8-5), there was a 60+ year old gentlemen using a hand saw to frame in a couple of holes in one was of the house.

Sitting here typing and thinking about all the excuses that [redacted] gave me at the time of my visit infuriates me.

All I can say is that I would never use this company again or recommend them to any one I liked or disliked.
