company did not send any notice storage was behind until it was $ 500.00 behind then they sold it would not let me make payments 2 save my unit they just went ahead and auctioned it off so I lost every thing I ownedProduct_Or_Service: storage unitDesired Settlementi want all my payment to company refunded because they did not notify me when it was only a month behindBusiness Response Security Public Storage conducts a lien and auction sale in accordance with the remedies provided by the State of Nevada for the self-storage industry and is in full compliance with Nevada law beginning with NRS 108[redacted] storage unit was sold on August 3rd. Multiple mailings to his address of record, as well as phone calls were made to [redacted] in an attempt to collect monies owed and to stop the Lien sale process. Dates of mailings were: 5/8/15 , 5/23/15, 6/7/15 & 7/13/15. [redacted] came in and changed his address with our office on 6/11/15. The final letter sent out to him on 7/13/15 was to this newly updated address. On 7/19/15, a phone conversation was had between [redacted] and our staff and at that time [redacted] stated he would try to come up with the monies owed. Date of last payment was 4/18/15.
