The company gave their response via phone to ** at Revdex.com.Mr. [redacted] said the consumer's problem was taken care of today.

The response from the consumer was taken over the phone by AH at Revdex.com.

ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The consumer she said the repair was done today and the business was very apologetic, she said she was also apologetic about having to file a complaint.The consumer said she will test her lock out over the next few days and let us know if there is a problem but she does feel her matter has been resolved.
