Review: This company (under ownership of [redacted]) evidently went out of business in 2010, and appears to have transitioned its assets to HFIS Insurance Services. We received no notice of any change in contract terms, and Mr. [redacted] continued to maintain contact with us under his new company name. This company (now under the name Heritage / HFIS Insurance Services) has reneged on our contractual agreement to provide promised services.Desired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] should live up to contract agreements, offer equivalent cost and convenience alternatives, or refund our fees to his company.
