Security Fence & Supply

Review: 1) I contacted Security Fence on October 4th. Contracts were signed, a $2000 deposit was paid, and work was promised to be complete in 5 weeks.

2) No contact from Security Fence until I called in December to insist that installation be complete by Christmas.

3) On day of initial install , December 6, work was halted because of a wrong part.

4) On second attempt to install, workers were unable to complete proper install because of an incorrect fence panel. They WIRED the fence together and left it that way for many weeks.

5) Final CORRECT installation was completed in February 2014.

6) I received a statement in February, but no itemized invoice. I requested (in writing) a proper itemized invoice, but have not received it. Today I received a second statement with a finance charge assessed.Desired Settlement: 1) I expect to be compensated for the amount of time I waited, and lack of customer support. I want $250 taken off my bill, and all finance charges waived.

2) I want an itemized invoice showing materials and service dates, not just a statement.

3) I will happily send a check for $1471 within 10 days of my receipt of an itemized invoice for this amount.

And please don't have the salesman call me. He is not helpful, and does not accept accountability for the errors that occurred. I don't even want to speak to him any more.
