Review: During the last week of January, I applied for a job on [redacted] for Secure Enforcement Group. The job was described as "front desk/security, will train, start off at $13.59/hr".February *,2014 a woman named [redacted] contacted me about my interest, and asked me to come in for an interview, I agreed, than she informed me I would need $80 up front just in case I was offered the job that fee would cover the training needed for the job. When I arrived, I was seated with over 15 others. During the interview I was immediately asked for my photo ID, SS card and the $80.00. I gave her all three. She asked to be excused and came back with a receipt and an agreement stating I owe $299.00 due by "Friday" which would have been February *, 2014. (I wasn't given an option to turn down the training) I immediately asked where that amount came from, and that [redacted] assured me $80.00 was the only amount needed, and no other amount was discussed and I'd only pay the $80.00 if I was hired. The woman interviewing me whose name is [redacted], explained to me I needed a security license to work security in the state of NY as well as a fire guard, completed training. At that moment I explained I would not have that amount by Friday February *, 2014 because I am unemployed. [redacted] explained I could pay it off in payments, so me being in desperate need of a job agreed to the plan and signed the agreement, unfortunately, not reading the agreement thoroughly. The agreement states that my due date for the remaining amount of $299.00 was due February *, 2014 and not the [redacted] (which she wrote after I signed the agreement). The agreement also states that Secure Enforcement Group is a job placement assistant, and that it is ultimately up to me to find work, that may not pay my desired salary, and ALL deposits are non refundable. The position offered doesn't exsist. This company boldly lied and scamed me and most likely all the 15 people present that day. I'd like a refund, but if not I at least want them exposed.Desired Settlement: I'd like my $80.00 back in full, and everyone else's scamed to receive a refund as well.

Review: I responded to an ad in a Spanish language newspaper ([redacted]), where OSHA Training was being offered. I contacted the company and was informed that I would have to pay $85 to be interviewed and registered, and another $299 to complete the courses. I do not know how to read in English, and was not informed of the "fine print" and was just told to sign. Furthermore, I was told that I was GUARANTEED job placement into housekeeping roles in hotels, offices, supermarkets, and hospitals. I was unable to come up with the other $299 and have attempted reaching [redacted] at ###-###-#### to discuss a refund. Only when I seeked assistance elsewhere was I made aware of the "fine print".
Additionally, I paid $85 as a deposit and was given a reciept for $80. I have proof of the $85 charge on my bank statement.
I would be willing to pay the $299 and complete the OSHA Training IF SEG can provide written documentation GUARANTEEING JOB PLACEMENT.Desired Settlement: I would be willing to pay the $299 and complete the OSHA Training IF SEG can provide written documentation GUARANTEEING JOB PLACEMENT.
If this is not possible, I would like a FULL REFUND for the $85 I paid.

Review: Security Elite Group is a scam. It promises you a job ,at a cost. They tell you to give them $80 to for processing. But they then tell you there is an additional fee for OSCHA and the rest of the package. Which amounts to over $200. In all you have just paid these strangers $379. Do your HOMEWORK FOLKS! OSCHA doesn't cost that much anyway. There isn't any medical,401k ,benefits or a job. They have no License!! I messed up and lost $80 . Be wise and keep your money in your pocket.Desired Settlement: I was ripped off of $80.
Review: Monday 7-**-2013, I called in to this office and was told that I have a chance at being employed. Tuesday 7-**-2013, I went to the office and instead of being employed, I was coaxed into paying $80.00 to register for a security training class and was told that I would be placed at a job after a final payment and completion of my training. I gave [redacted] $80.00 because I was hoping that this was something I could gain employment doing. I searched the company and realize that this is not a reputable company and I also was called in to work elsewhere. Wednesday 7-**-2013, I called to get a refund of my money because I was no longer available to take this training because I accepted another job. I was told by [redacted] that I could not get my money back and that the contract stated it. I feel that the contract was forced upon me and what I understood while reading it was that my payment would be non- refundable only if I started training. Training was set to begin 8/*/2013. I asked for a refund on 7-**-2013, so there shouldn't have been any money sent out on my behalf for processing background checks or etc. I am feeling duped and this company should be ashamed to steal money from individuals obviously in a financial bind.Desired Settlement: This company should refund my money, or provide me with whatever services were processed with my deposit (i.e background checks). I would also like them to tell their victims verbally-- before any money is exchanged-- that the fee is non-refundable whatsoever.

Sincerely,
Review: This happen on April *, 2014, I happen to come across this article that was for immediately hiring for Security job. Paying $13.00 an hour, All you must have all credentials for immediately work or no experience necessary. So I give them a call and I was told their opening available so come in with your credentials. You have to pay $80.00 dollars if you qualify for the position, I ask why! just for replacement only if you accepted, just have it just in case. So I was told to come in on an Saturday, I should of know better, their interview on no Saturday, well I felt for it. That's because she sound so reassuring like this was so real. `Now I had all credentials to work for security and I was accepted, come to realize they wasn't the one's who do the hiring, they second man that has a list of security company that is looking for security guards. But they make you seem like their the one's that doing the hiring when you call just so they can take your money. They throw other things that this one particular company they said they part of you need something else. Now you have everything it's to work security but they make you believe that's not enough, they throw some other unnecessary certificate you need for the job, and that's a lie. They make you take a phony courses of whatever you missing for a lots amount of money. They conduct their own phony classes for whatever courses it may be. If it's an security training they sent you somewhere else for a large amount of money which is one of their fraud people. These people are out to take you money and they pretend to be high classes managers that walk around with gun and hoister around his waist for his protection , cause he know they nothing but fraud people running a fraud business and just in case someone will act up and he has a license to kill. I seem it with my own eye the gun around his waist. Their phony office with a plant in corner and few chair and their desk, as you walk in the always lock you have to ring the bell so no one can come nDesired Settlement: Posted this on the fraud website for everyone to see this company will ripe you off. They find security right from job listing like everyone else. They pretend they are the hiring managers and they have you paid lots of money for a class that not ever a real class. The head man walk around with a gun, cause they must fair for their lives.
