They did a good job keeping the areas clean. I understand most of the tech but will need more time to work with it. Follow up after the installation has been good for a home system.

I work for a medium size school that still has analog cameras. Many of the cameras are between 10 and 15 years old. Security Cameras of Columbus not only replaced many of the analog cameras with new analog cameras, but they also took extra time to troubleshoot cameras they did not replace so that our district could have the best camera experience possible. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased a camera from them a year ago. One of the cameras wasn't working they came out and replaced it. They charged me for the labor, but not the camera, it was under warranty. The next day, the camera didn't work. I called and left messages for 3 weeks. The camera only works during the day, but not at night. I've called multiple times asking them to return. I cannot reach them. They do not return calls. They totally ignore. I bought these for security, and the camera in the prime location does not work at night. The camera is under warranty and they should return. They should also return calls promptly.
