Don't hire this contractor. He lies and cheats. He is out for money and lies to get it. His work is not good. He promises to do a job and when it is finished you are left with a job that you will have to hire someone else to come back and finish . He charges 50.00 an hour and stretches the time out he is in your home. He adds hours to the bill and will try to get by with it unless you track each hour he is in your home. Then he will lie and say you are wrong...Buyer BEWARE...

Just read a review, and cannot believe that the reviewer is talking about the same Dan Banks. Dan has done a variety of construction and repair jobs for us, for nearly a decade. His work is always well done and finished on schedule at reasonable cost. Ii a pleasure to deal with such a personable, low key, responsible individual.

Dan did a two story addition to our home, including a new roof. Very professional and easy to work with. Ending punch list was completed without incident. Would recommend him to family and friends
